What an amazing STEM field trip!
Our 3rd graders at UCE and JSE with our high school engineering students had a great time exploring, building, and learning together through this #BearcatsConnect STEM experience. Thank you to Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Lareau for their leadership, teaching, and organization. Your collaboration made this day both meaningful and unforgettable for our students. Students also enjoyed touring the middle and high school! A special thank you to Benny for his appearance.🧡💚

We are filled with gratitude this Thanksgiving season. This weekend, we partnered with Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church to deliver food baskets. This outreach reminds us how important it is to support one another.
Thank you to Mr. Rosta, Mrs. Anderson, Mrs. Morton, and Mrs. Brocksmith for their dedication and leadership. Your care for our community sets a wonderful example for our students.
We’re also thankful for all of our families and staff who are able to donate to our food drives and join in the many opportunities we have throughout the year to give back. Your support makes these programs possible!
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at UTSC! 🧡💚🦃#BearcatNation

📚🦃Mrs. Barnes had a heartwarming time visiting UCE and JSE this week~reading stories of gratitude and Thanksgiving fun to our littlest Bearcats, visiting classrooms and viewing their thankful projects! Students loved listening, sharing who and what they are thankful for, and celebrating the season together. UTSC is so very thankful for all of our kids!🧡 #BearcatsConnect #Gratitude

Our 5th & 8th graders enjoyed watching the rehearsal of Bearcat Theatre’s A Christmas Carol! The cast and crew were fantastic and the students learned a lot about productions through the aftershow QandA. Thank you Bearcat Theatre Company for the invitation! See the surprise cast as the Ghost of Christmas Past—performances tonight 7PM, Sat 7PM, Sun 2PM. Don’t miss the holiday magic! #SupportBTC
UTSC recognizes and appreciates the important role substitute teachers play in education. Thank you for ensuring that learning can continue smoothly when a teacher must be absent. We appreciate their flexibility in helping us help students succeed!

Christmas Carol Tonight @ 7pm. Saturday @ 7pm, and Sunday @ 2pm.

Congratulations to Tyne, Caleb, Harper, and Louay for earning Academic all-State Honors from the ISCA!

11th & 12th grade students visited the Construction & Skilled Trades Fair at the Expo Center on Tuesday. Our students had the opportunity to participate in hands on activities like welding simulations, masonry, pipe cutting, and more! Students were able to speak with journeymen from all the apprenticeships in our area!

We are excited to announce that our amazing UCE Spell Bowl team earned 4th place in the State of Indiana at Tuesday night's Spell Bowl competition. Congratulations to Mrs. Collins and her incredible team!

The Elementary Spell Bowl Team competition is underway, and our kids are doing absolutely fantastic! It’s wonderful to see their preparation and confidence come to life. Thank you to our coaches, families, and supporters for cheering them on!🧡💚

The WHS Spell Bowl team placed 12th overall out of 30 teams in the state! The words at the state level are more difficult, but the Wheeler team scored higher than they did at area, spelling 60/90 words correctly. Liam King and Christian Cutka both earned "Near Perfect" ribbons, with 8 out of 9 of their words spelled correctly. One of the students' goals was to beat area teams, which they successfully did (by 8 words)! The support they had for one another was phenomenal. They cheered for every word spelled correctly and encouraged one another throughout. Congratulations!
