The Wheeler High School Key Club is sponsoring a fun day of color and memories with our first Color My World 3 / 5 k run/walk on Saturday, May 9th. It is a non-competitive race for all ages. Proceeds will benefit Riley's Children's Hospital and other community service projects. Register by scanning the QR codes on the flyer or go directly to the race website by clicking on the link. Each participant will get a t-shirt, so grab your friends, families, and squad, wear your themed outfits (optional), and get ready to run, walk, dance, and get drenched in color! Come out to TWO fun events this Friday- Our PTO Spring Fling will be at UCE from 5-7 p.m. where families can shop our Book Fair, grandparents can come do fun activities with their grandkids, families could get their pictures taken, attendees can do fun crafts, and see a magic show! There will be food trucks as well. Our UTSC Art Fair is at WHS from 5:30-7:30 as well- every student will have artwork displayed. We hope to see you!

Our JSE and UCE 5th grade students attended the Northwest Indiana Symphony’s Education Concert on Friday, March 6th where they heard the Firebird Suite by Stravinsky and the Cinderella Suite by Prokofiev. Students were invited to create artwork depicting each piece and were highlighted during the concert. Artists representing UCE are: Violet Volini, Camden Ryan, AJ Harston, Louisa Curry, Isabella Fischer and Tala Ajam. Artists representing JSE are: Jersey Yeo, Aliviah Wilson, Andrew Turner, and Ryker Gurley. Not pictured: Lincoln Puckett. Thank you Mr. Dickey and Mrs. Willis for your collaboration with this project.
UTSC School Board Meeting Date Change: The March School Board meeting will take place at 6PM on Tuesday, March 17th in the UTMS Commons.
