UTMS Robotics Team 46385C recently had the exciting opportunity to meet one of their Platinum Sponsors, Innovated Manufacturing of Crown Point. This visit highlighted the strong partnership between education and industry, as Innovated Manufacturing’s generous monetary donation and contribution of a 3D printer continue to make a significant impact on the success and growth of our robotics program.
The experience was especially meaningful for students, as they had the chance to meet professionals who were once robotics students themselves. Hearing firsthand how an early passion for robotics can evolve into a fulfilling career was both inspiring and motivating. Joined by several members of Team 46385D, students asked thoughtful questions, exchanged ideas, and gained valuable insight into real-world applications of the skills they are developing in the classroom and during competitions.
Our students left the visit feeling proud of their work, energized by the possibilities ahead, and grateful for the support that helps make these experiences possible. We are incredibly thankful to Innovated Manufacturing for their continued partnership and commitment to supporting student innovation and learning.
As the team builds on this momentum, we wish UTMS Robotics Teams 46385C and 46385D the very best of luck as they compete in the Robotics State Tournament at Lucas Oil Stadium on March 14th.
